As the middle school counselor I am here to work with students in a variety of different ways. I will be available to students who need help with academic, social, emotional, and career related issues. Students should feel free to stop in to see me at any time. My goal is to get to know each student and do what I can to help make this a great year for everyone!
A little about myself. I am starting my 13th year as the Middle School Counselor at Hellgate Elementary. I graduated from the University of Montana's Counselor Education graduate program in 2011. I love spending time outside with my family enjoying all of the great activities Montana has to offer.
I supervise our WINGS program, which is a student leadership program for our 7th and 8th graders. WINGS students spend their time volunteering at school and in community. WINGS students are required to have passing grades and set a positive example for other students through appropriate behavior and maintain consistent attendance.
If you would like you student to be part of our WINGS program or have ideas on how we can help out in our community please feel free to give me a call or send me an e-mail.
