As part of the college application process, students are required to have their high school transcript sent directly from the high school to every college, university, or scholarship program to which the student applies. Requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance of the date needed, especially for scholarships. 

Transcripts will not be sent unless the signed consent form below is on file with your counselor.
