I’m Ms. Marcin and I’m fortunate enough to be your child’s 4^th grade math and science teacher! I’m originally from Houston, but moved to the DFW area 13 years ago for college. I graduated from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!) with both my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and my Master of Science in Educational Psychology. This is my 3rd year at Lakewood Elementary and my 10th year teaching overall. Before I joined the HEB family, I taught 3^rd grade math and science in Lewisville ISD. Teaching through real-world problem solving and open questioning is a passion of mine, and I firmly believe an open line of communication between us is essential to a successful school year. Welcome to 4th grade! My name is Ms. Hall, and I will be your Reading, ELA (Writing & Grammar), and Social Studies teacher! I am looking forward to getting to know your student, but first, here is a little more about me! I am from Bedford, Texas, and grew up in HEB ISD! I then graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Texas Christian University! Go Frogs! This will be my 2nd year teaching here at Lakewood. I also participated in student teaching at Lakewood, specifically in 6th grade and 2nd grade. Besides teaching, I enjoy listening to podcasts, reading, decorating, and traveling to the mountains with my Fiancé. I am so excited for this upcoming school year with you all!
