VISITS TO A COLLEGE CAMPUS

The district will allow a student to be absent for up to two days during the student’s junior year and two days during the student’s senior year for a college visit day to tour the campus of a college, university or trade school. These absences do not impact a student's final exam exemption status, provided the student verifies these activities to the district. Upon returning from the campus visit, the student will need to provide an official letter from the institution that was visited stating the date of the appointment.

While visiting a campus, it is important to be prepared with questions. This campus visit guide is a great resource to use!
