Whirlybird Newsletter May 18-22, 2026
Hello Bellaire Families,
We have officially reached the final week of the school year! Thank you for your continued support, partnership, and encouragement throughout this school year. It has been a wonderful year of learning and growth for our students.
As we finish the year strong, please help us remind students to continue following school expectations, come prepared each day, and stay engaged in learning activities through the last day of school.
Please continue checking backpacks, teacher communication, and campus updates for important end-of-year information, including awards ceremonies, classroom celebrations, medication pick-up, technology returns, and report cards.
We are so proud of all our students and grateful for the support of our families. Thank you for being an important part of our school community. We wish you a safe, restful, and fun summer!
Let’s work together to help our Whirlybirds finish the year strong! 💜Thank you for your ongoing partnership and support. Together, we will finish the year strong! Thank you for partnering with us to help every Whirlybird soar to success!
Ms. Martin
Principal
🍽️ Lunch Visitors
🍽️ Lunch visitors, we ask that families visit no more than once per week for lunch. Students benefit from this time to build social-emotional connections with their peers.
We will also communicate “closed campus” days (no visitors) later in the year.
Visitor Guidelines:
A picture ID is required to show at the front door and to sign in as a visitor through Raptor.
Please limit lunch visits to once per week to allow your child time with peers.
We hope you enjoy your visit to our school—we are glad you are here!

To All HEB ISD Parents & Families:
Recent changes to Texas law require parents or guardians to give additional written permissions before a student can receive routine school-based physical and mental health-related services. To meet these updated legal requirements, HEB ISD needs parents/guardians of all students to complete an additional online form.
Please complete this form as soon as possible to opt in/out of routine school-based care from school nurses, school counselors, and similar qualified staff:
Please submit one form for each student enrolled in HEB ISD. This form must be completed each year for each student, so that our school nurses and health staff can follow your wishes for your child’s care.
