What should I do if I find that my child has lice?

Please email bothin@heartwoodcharterschool.org and notify the Admin Team that your child has been found to have lice and what actions you have taken to clear the scalp.  This information will be kept completely confidential.

Before the child can return to campus please complete this document and bring it into the office.  If you are unable to print this out and complete it at home, the office staff have copies for your convenience.
