class parent communication

Class parents are wonderful volunteers and as such they are limited on what school wide communication they can relay to parents. This is due to privacy policies established by the Department of Education and Heartwood Charter School. Therefore, we ask that Class Parents limit their communication to the other parents within the class to this list:

  • class specific events (birthdays, celebrations, parent led classes)

  • fundraisers

  • social opportunities (please keep COVID rules and policies in consideration when planning these events)
