The journey of the Counseling Collaborative of Elkhart County (CCCEC) started with a few curious voices who had a vision for improving school counseling structures in their own districts, but also a willingness and courage to consider the greater potential of what could be done by working collaboratively with other districts in the region. The experience of working together has been one of growth and transformation. We hope it inspires others to do more than they thought possible.
