AutoDesk Eagle (free for hobbyists) (draw schematics and lay out small boards)
Mirror-board ULP (Eagle component)
AutoDesk Fusion 360 limited (free for hobbyists) (turns Eagle file into a gerber file)
FlatCAM (turns gerber files into G code)
Candle (free open source CNC controller)
