This website is designed as a resource for both the parents and students taking instrumental music. Each grade section includes information on the course for that given year. It should be noted that much of the actual work/resources that we do in class will be provided in the students' Music Google Classroom. These resources have been made available, particularly when students either 'lose' or 'forget' their homework. Now students can easily print off any worksheets they need in order to complete them.

The Intermediate Calendar provides dates for all relevant events for the Bands or any other important deadline. The Bands section provides a summary of hte various Band and ensembles that are held within the Munn's Music.

The Resources section will contain their sheet music in PDF format as well as other links to help them learn their parts. This includes in class resources as well as Jazz Specific resources.

Resources for Parents

The method book we use in class is called Standard of Excellence. Due to the fact that method books magically disappear when they leave the music room, method books are not allowed to go home when students are signing out instruments. All books are located in the Resources/in class resources section on this site.

I do make a bulk purchase of Method Books early in the year for students to have their own book. Otherwise, students may purchase their own method book to use. They cost about $10 each at Long and McQuade in Burlington.
