Telling Tales Festival

I am thrilled to announce that once again, the 11th annual Telling Tales Festival will take place on Sunday, September 15th, 2019 at the Westfield Heritage Village in Rockton. My family and I have greatly enjoyed this event over the past years and even as teenagers, my girls look forward to attending.

The festival offers a chance for children and teens to listen to presentations, speak with and meet the authors of books they have loved (as well as many other activities). They can also purchase books or bring your books for the authors to sign. Many of the authors have had books on the Forest of Reading (Blue Spruce Silver Birch, Red Maple) book lists.

My hope is that some Pine Grove Families will be able to enjoy the event this year.

This is a free event and a very fun day for all. Please check out the Telling Tales website (LINK - www.tellingtales.org) for all the info and also look at the display case outside the Pine Grove library to see some of the books that our library has by this year's presenters!
