WHAT IS CLEVER?
Clever is a service we use to try and limit how many usernames and passwords our students have to remember.
Our district page on Clever is called the Portal. You can access our Clever Portal by visiting https://clever.com/in/hcsdk12.
Clever can also be accessed on any of the building websites under Students.
Clever doesn't work for every app or website on the internet.
On our Clever Portal, you'll see that apps are split into two categories: Instant Login and Require Login.
Instant Login apps will sign students in automatically, without any extra work on their part.
Apps that require a login will ask students to sign in with a username and password after they click the icon. For some apps, students will only have to enter that information once.
