Let us know how we can support you and your organization!
We help organizations grow their capacity to respond to harm and build healing, restorative cultures that incorporate alternative administrative practices and approaches. This work can be engaged at various levels: front-line staff, intra-organizational, and inter-organizational.
With decades of experience, we design highly interactive and engaging training experiences in the Healing Centered Restorative Engagement (HCRE) approach. We offer training for individuals, small groups, and larger gatherings, from high-level introductions to in-depth, scaffolded learning. Our goal is to empower individuals to recognize and respond to trauma and toxic stress, while proactively building collaborative systems and processes that hold accountability when harm occurs.
As HCRE is a strengths-based approach, our work naturally enhances professional development. We tailor our approach to meet specific needs and work within the context that best supports overall goals.
Elevate your program with our unique evaluation services grounded in the HCRE approach. We partner with your team to deliver actionable insights that truly matter. By combining quantitative and qualitative methods, we tailor our approach to meet your specific needs and objectives. Our collaborative approach ensures your program achieves its goals and contributes to meaningful growth for the individuals and communities you serve
Many of HCRE's core concepts shift organizational culture, requiring new leadership approaches. We work with senior leadership and mid-level managers to provide the support needed to make these culture shifts. This leads to increased employee engagement and trust, reduced stress, and a more inclusive and belonging work environment.
We build strong relationships with clients, focusing on connection and engagement as the keys to achieving goals. We've coached senior leaders, mid-level managers, supervisors, and front-line staff on topics like networking, communication, leadership development, difficult conversations, and strengths-based values and decision-making.
We collaborate with potential clients to co-create and implement HCRE practices and principles within their organizational context. We often start with general overviews of our approach and then work on a consultation basis to support implementation aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
We find that organizational leaders are eager to move from transactional, hierarchical approaches to collaborative, strengths-based ones. With decades of nonprofit and public sector experience, we tailor our approaches to support their strategic objectives and shift organizational culture overtime.
Our team has decades of experience coaching and consulting with nonprofits and public agencies. We support them with professional and board development, strategy and policy guidance, organizational development, culture work, and navigating public and private funding streams.
Our co-founders' deep roots in higher education allow us to understand and support cultural changes within these systems. We've helped administrative units implement healing-centered, restorative human resources practices and policies, supported counseling units, particularly those serving marginalized communities, and presented on HCRE at national academic conferences.
