Established in 1993, the Hwa Chong Weiqi Club holds a tradition of excellence, taking pride in being one of the best school Weiqi clubs for the past two decades. Filled with a team driven by passion for the club, the Hwa Chong Weiqi club boasts a prestigious list of achievements, including over twenty five years of consecutive wins in the Qiu Ping Cup.
Our coach, Mr Kang Zhan Bin, has over 20 years of experience in teaching Weiqi, and used to be the head coach of the Singapore Weiqi association. With a small but dedicated team, the legacy of the Hwa Chong Weiqi Club lives on, working tirelessly to achieve better results while enjoying and immersing ourselves in the game.
