Eligibility Criteria

1. Be 18 years old or older;
2. Be enrolled on the ALI, I/DD, APDD, or ISW Medicaid waiver;
3. Reside in home owned or rented by participant, family member, or friend;
4. Live in Juneau, Kenai/Soldotna, Homer, Ketchikan, Anchorage, Fairbanks, Wasilla, Mat-Su Valley, or Palmer;
5. Have reliable internet connection throughout the entire home;
6. Be interested in technology (or is willing to learn and use technology in their daily activities);
7. Be willing to have assessors come into his/her home to assess for home accessibility and assistive technologies;
8. Be willing to share his/her assessment information with the project evaluators, including the Senior and Disabilities Services Division;
9. Have two individuals who will be available during enabling technology installation and training and will be committed to supporting you throughout the pilot project
