Connect to your home wireless network (or the school wireless network if you are on campus). When at school, you will select HB as the wireless network. Once you connect to a network, you should reconnect each time you are in the area of that network.
Select Settings and then Wi-Fi
Select HB (when on campus) or your home wireless SSID name.
Enter the username and/or password for the wireless network. When at HB, you will use your HB username (first initial, last name, and graduation date) and your assigned password.
We require students to set a passcode on your school iPad. We encourage you to also set Touch ID. Setting a passcode on your device helps protect your data - if you misplace your iPad, no one can access your data if you have a passcode set.

We are a G-Suite School. Your HB email is a Gmail account. However, instead of @gmail.com at the end, your email address ends with @hb.edu.
Follow these steps to log in to your HB Google account.
Note that your G-Suite (Gmail) and MyHB are linked. Changing your G-Suite password does not change your wireless / network password. To change that password, you must visit the IT Hub or login to a school computer.

Location Services is an iOS feature that allows an iPad to determine its location using Wi-Fi information. This is useful, for example, if you misplace your iPad and need assistance finding it.
Follow these steps to confirm location services is turned on.
With Screen Time, you can access real-time reports about how much time you spend on your iPad and set limits for what you want to manage. Data collected can be viewed in handy charts within the Screen Time menu and at the end of the week, you'll get a report via a notification so you can see exactly what you've been doing that week, how it compared to the previous week and how much time you spent in certain apps.
