To Request a Copy of Your Transcript:

Your request must be made in writing to bjones@hawthorne.k12.nj.us

Please include your name, date of birth, year of graduation, and where you would like the transcript sent.

Current Hawthorne High School Students:

Please contact either your school counselor or Ms. Jones in Guidance.

Any student that needs their transcript sent directly to a College or University/NCAA/Scholarship Organization must see their counselor
