Skyward is our SIS system for student information. Parents can login with the email used to register their students. Parents' usernames will be the first 5 letters of their last name and the 3 letters of their first name, followed by 000. For example, Jane Doe would be DoeJan000. If a duplicate username exists in Skyward, the three-digit tie-breaker will be 001, 002, etc.
Contact the front office if you have issues getting logged in.

When you are logged in, you will see the family access homepage for each active student.

Registration is done through Skyward. When registration is open, you will see a tile under your family access home page, titled Student Registration.

If you have a new student joining Hawthorn, you need to apply to the lottery before completing registration. You are able to complete registration for a new student directly from Skyward. Click the house icon, and from there you will go to new student enrollment/registration.

Click on the ‘Food Service’ button from your home page, or navigate there from the menu button on the top left.
Menu > Food Service > Purchases & Payments
You will be able to see all payments, purchases and transactions. On the top right- you will find the Make a Payment button. (see images below) This will take you to our payment portal where you will need to create an account, please use the same email as the one in Skyward.
Card payments have a 3% fee automatically added to it. To avoid fees, you can link your bank account directly to RevTrak, or you can make payments at the front office with cash or a check.
