When you get to Clever students will need to use the "Log in with Google Option"

What is my student's Google Account?

Logins are different depending on what grade level your student is in for this school year. If your child was in 2nd grade last school year their email will be in the 3rd grade format.

Student accounts are created based on their legal name, not their nicknames or preferred names. Also, if a student has multiple first names or last names, only the "first" first name or last name will be used.

K-2nd grade
username: firstnamexxxx@hawthornstudent.org
password: 12341234
(hint: xxxx = lunch/student id)

3rd grade
username: firstname.lastname@hawthornstudent.org
password: 12341234

4th grade to 5th grade
username: firstname.lastname@hawthornstudent.org
password: hawthornxxxx (xxxx is their student number)

6th-9th grade both campuses
Username: firstname.lastname@hawthornstudent.org
Password: The default password is hawthornlunchid. If my lunchid is 1234 my password will be hawthorn1234. After students login they will be prompted to create their own password.

We use SSO (single-sign-on) whenever possible with Hawthorn Google credentials. On a PC or Mac, we recommend using the Chrome browser.  Each student needs to set up a Chrome profile by signing into the Chrome browser using the Hawthorn Google credentials. Each student profile should be associated with only one student. If you need more information about Chrome profiles, please read the article:  Google Chrome Profiles. 

On an iPad, the Clever app needs to be installed, and an additional app may be required.
