For our final project, my partner and I developed a criterion-referenced diagnostic test based on a real unit lesson taught at University of Hawai'i at Mānoa French 202 course.
This project and class provided me with hands on experience, developing a test that would allow me to understand how to create assessment that have validity and fairness.
This course is the introduction to SLS for graduate students. During this time, we learn the process of how to conduct research and for the final submit a research proposal.
My research proposal aims to understand Chinese adoptees' relationship with their heritage language and ethnic identity, and how it influences their language learning in Chinese.
