I believe that collaborative action is one of the best things a scientist (and human being) can do. I love connecting with people, volunteering, and experiencing new places and cultures. BLUE WATERS EXCHANGE 2022 Participant
Through the Blue Waters Exchange, I got to learn from and serve indigenous communities in California and Hawaii. The program really helped me understand the importance of reciprocity and cultural understanding.
