Creativity, crafting, and doing a lot of hands-on expression is very important to me. I am inspired by artists who pull from nature's beauty, especially 19th-century impressionist art and linocuts. I am very drawn to organic and colorful forms. My ceramic work is featured at Mad Contemporary Art Gallery in Madrid, New Mexico and at Vital Spaces in Santa Fe, NM. I also occasionally teach Beginner Wheel and handbuilding at Green River Pottery in Santa Fe, NM.
I have been drawing since I was young, including graphite and colored-pencils. Lately, I love to paint with oils and have been taking a weekly class with Bill Rhea.
In 2023, I started wheel-throwing at Green River Pottery in Santa Fe. It has been an absolute blast, and I have found great community through this studio.
Creating Wool-felted dolls got me through the COVID Pandemic and beyond. I love making cute characters and sold custom dolls on Etsy.
