Project Goal:

The goal is to bring awareness to the public about gender inequality and possible efforts to improve this locally among teens interested in entrepreneurship/business. Also to bring awareness about ocean/beach pollution and incorporating more sustainable methods into small businesses.

Key Milestones:

• Produce a survey about gender inequality and supporting local teenage females in their career choices

• Do more research about gender inequality in entrepreneurship/business

• Compile various methods to support females in their career choices

• Do more research about ocean/beach pollution

• Create public awareness about ocean/beach pollution and creating a more sustainable business in terms of waste
