If so, the NHSEMP Freshman Bridge program is for you!
The NHSEMP Freshman Bridge program is an 8-week summer experience for incoming University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa traditional first-year students interested in natural/physical/earth sciences or engineering (civil, computer, electrical, mechanical, engineering science-aerospace or biomedical concentrations). Participants will have the opportunity to explore, study, and perform research through an on-campus summer experience!
The Freshman Bridge addresses areas of interest for incoming first-year students:
* Greater prepraration for college success (identifying resources and opportunities)
* Comfort within a large university system
* Smooth transition from high school to college
