Complete and submit your 2025 Freshman Bridge Application packet by April 21, 2025 at 11:55 PM (HST)

The supplementary documents listed below must be submitted by:

• Uploading directly into the electronic Freshman Bridge application form 

NOTE: Letter(s) of Recommendation must be submitted directly from your references.

1. Cover Letter - a format guideline is provided in the Freshman Bridge application form.

2. Resume - please be sure to include the following information in your resume:

         i.    Work, volunteer, or research experience
ii.   Laboratory, computer, technical, or other relevant skills
iii.  Community service, extracurricular activities, or related hobbies you participate in
iv.  Honors, awards, and scholarships

3. High School Transcripts and current courses for the SP 2025 semester - unofficial copies are allowed. 

4. Letter of Recommendation, One (1) - from teachers, counselors, coaches, supervisors; submitted directly to nhsemp@hawaii.edu

• Fill out this form to provide teacher/counselor contact information. NHSEMP staff will directly contact the reference(s) you provide.

• NOTE: this is a separate form from the Application - please submit this form as soon as possible to provide your references enough time to complete their letters.

Optional: Test Scores, SAT or ACT - unofficial copies are allowed.

** You cannot save your Application Form once you have begun.
** You may edit your application submission up until the deadline of April 21, 2025.
