Kelvin is an energetic and enthusiastic person who consistently demonstrates passion for his work. Over the past two years that I've known him, he has proven to be a dependable teammate and someone I genuinely enjoy working with. His strong passion for language learning is evident, a common topic of our conversations. He is always eager to share his knowledge with others and does so in a friendly and fun manner.

Kelvin is awesome. He’s just always in good spirits. One thing I really admire about him is how he makes everything look so effortless, even though I know he puts a lot of work into everything he does. And I mean everything.

Kelvin had a big dream of becoming a teacher since when he was working with me at my store. He was promoted to a Crew Trainer in a year when he became experienced in a lot of stations and he had a passion in training others. Then few more months after he was promoted to a Shift Manager. He had done a lot of good things in my store as well as brought enjoyment and positive attitude. 

General Manager, McDonald's 

Kelvin worked with me only for 5 months and I have brought a lot of good activities to my restaurant for my workers. He sometimes brings goodies for the crews as well as cheers them up to make them feel encourage of doing their work. He is also fast and very good at multitasking when I put him in the drive-thru. Overall, he's pretty flexible and a fast learner that's why I made him into one of my Managers.

Kelvin is a hardworking, organized, and positive person where he will not give up on something until he does it correctly. I have been his supervisor for the past 4 years and he never failed me. One of the best abilities he have is he can easily click with other students without you needing to facilitate them. He has passion on helping others as well as supporting them throughout their jouney of their college life.

First of all, Kelvin is always have such a positive vibe, which makes him approachable and genuinely friendly.  He's always willing to help and motivate others, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he gave to support me when I was trying to get into college. I really admire how dedicated and passionate Kelvin is in everything  he do. He's not only smart, but incredibly thoughtful—always willing to share his knowledge and uplift those around you. It’s great to see how naturally he mix being kind, smart, and hardworking.

I have been Kelvin's mentee since I began my first year of college at KCC. Usually they only support first year students, but Kelvin still reached out to me and help m, even though I am already on my junior year of college at UH West Oahu, pursuing my Bachelors. Thanks to Kelvin, he never gave up on me and yet still here as my number one supporter of my college life!

Kelvin has so many connections all over the island and other islands. Before I graduated my Associates at Kauai Community College, we looked at other jobs all over Kauai about automotive and he helped me apply in each jobs that are open. Now it's been almost 2 years, I already have a great stable job that is enough to support me in my life.

Kelvin’s classes are really engaging because he always gets everyone involved. He adds fun activities throughout the lesson so it never feels boring. My favorite part is when we play Kahoot it’s a lot of fun. He also manages the time really well. I think he’s a great teacher.
