Hatsuho Kinjo

Hatsuho Kinjo is a Master's student in Curriculum Studies from Okinawa. Majoring Place-based and Sustainability Education at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Hatsuho's research interests are how place-based, culture-based, or land-based education in Okinawa impacted Okinawan students and how Okinawan-based education empowers Okinawans and makes Okinawan society more sustainable. 

Hatsuho is also an Obuchi scholar for 2024-2026 at East-West Center.
