The Social Science Research Institute at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and Med-QUEST Division (MQD), Hawai‘i Department of Human Services have partnered on the implementation and evaluation of Hawaiʻi Med-QUEST Division’s Integration Section 1115 Waiver Demonstration. The evaluation documents the overall impact of the Demonstration on Hawai‘i’s Medicaid delivery system while simultaneously providing a more in-depth examination of six priority areas: (1) Primary Care, (2) Social Determinants of Health, (3) Long Term Services and Support (4) Community Integration Services (5) Special Health Care Needs and (6) Value-Based Purchasing. 

Our partnership has since broadened to include a range of training, technical assistance, and program development initiatives. We look forward to sharing our work.
