Review the list of GPRA Clients below. 

If a client is not on the list, please add a new client record via the "Add New Client" button.  Refresh the browser to see the newly added record.

For returning clients (those who were discharged), go to the Assessments page to add a new Episode of Care (EOC) record directly using the same GPRA Client ID.
