25 things my hot wheels can do
My hot wheels reflection
Using Hot wheels, I created a very well made project. I wanted to show how you don't have to code to make something cool. I also wanted to do this so i can get a break on just coding.
During this process, I learned many things. One thing that i learned was how to make the track not break. Another thing i learned was how to make the car itself not fall while moving on the track.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor because i had to construct an idea on what to make. My project also ties to empowered learner because i learned how to make the track stay up, and how to make my car not fall over.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not letting the track break/fall. I was able to do it by trying different track setups. Another challenge i overcame on this project was not letting my car fall off the track. I was able to overcome this challenge by not making my track so steep.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change is having a longer track . The reason why I would change it is because i think that having a longer track would make it look cooler. Another thing i would change is the amount of cars on the track. I would change this so i could see if other cars would work the same as just one car.
This project connects to a career in marketing. This could help me in this field because i would be able to have the background knowledge of setting up an idea that would grab someones attention if it were to be sold. Another career this project connects to is engineering. This could help me so in the future i would have the background knowledge of how to fix and make something work better.
