Reflection

• Using scratch, I created a fish friendly presentation because I have always loved fish and cared for them.

• During this process, I learned how to make sprites talk.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because I was creative proving my point.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was learning coding. I was able to do it by watching the videos that came with the project.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change my point that I proved. The reason why I would change it is because I feel it was kind of weak.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer science CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Computer programming.
