• Using Code.org, and a computer, I created a game because I wanted to improve my coding skills.

• During this process, I learned new ways of coding.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because I want to learn more without stopping.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was the new kinds of ways in coding. I was able to do it by trial and error.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change how the difficulty is. The reason why I would change it is because it seems a little easy.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in game design.
