Reflection

• While I was using tinker cad I created a bookmark. I created a bookmark because I need a book mark for book. The bookmark I had created was almost see through.

• During this process, I learned how to use a 3D printer. What I learned is how to connect two different pieces together. I also learned how to put a hole in it for string to go in.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer. It ties to innovative designer because I created something.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was not being able to find out how to see how big my project was. I was able to do it by finding a button that would let me see how big it was. But eventually I was able to just make it where I could see how big it was by the squares on the bottom.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the thickness. The reason why I would change it is because it is very fragile. If you accidentally bend it it might snap in half.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in education.
