Me and my Partners Commercial!!!

Using cardboard, I created a flowerpot because not everything should be made for useful purposes, my partner and I thought it would be best if we stood out and made something better then just something you can use, my partner and I will hope that this will reflect on our personalities years from now, because it will show that we don't just create things so we can use it we can create things so we can show it off and just by the looks and what you do to put into making it something you put a lot of hard work into and a lot of care and friends and family that help you with your goals, that is what is most important.

During this process, I learned how to compromise with my partners ideas, I had a rough time with this because I am more used to working on projects independently, my partner had several unique ideas for our project and I overcame having to think about the ideas before I just take action and I had a lot of fun having to practice scripts in person and we even took our own time to practice and we had a lot of changes in the script and the project but we had so much fun and I am so glad I chose her as my partner because if I didn't then I would have picked someone who wouldn't want to compromise with my idea for the flowerpot, the point is that I had a lot of fun with m partner and I will definitely pick her next time we do a project.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Decorative ideas because we used our creative abilities and we communicated with each other and we created a lot of great Ideas and I am so glad that we decided to make something that would stand out from all of the other students project and I am so proud that we did because I don't even know what could've been made, I love this project and I love that there was a lot of bumps on the road to get to where we got because otherwise we wouldn't have had such a great project and I am proud of our project.

A challenge I overcame on this project was concurring disadvantages and made everything work. I was able to do it by the help of my partner, she was amazing with getting me through the times I got really frustrated at myself for making the wrong choice, she helped me realize we are all human and that there isn't anyone alive right now that hasn't made a mistake that could make them turn down a different road with less problems or more problems it depends on what YOU do to change it, YOU have to make mistakes YOUR FRIENDS have to make mistakes because if we DON'T then we aren't going to be very different from each other. YOU have to DRIVE across the bumps to get to the END you have to me strong and you have to believe in yourself AND others.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way I kept rushing. The reason why I would change it is because I got too overwhelmed, but who doesn't once or twice in life we are all human and we can't avoid what we can't control and you need to just try your best to stay calm and some things during this project didn't make me feel calm or happy about my decision but I have learned that in order to eventually like something you got to give it time, space and look at it or use it a couple of times and you cant like something new unless you give it time and let your brain get used to it, my partner taught me a lot in this project and one of the most important things she taught me is you need to be patient with yourself and let yourself get used to new changes.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Decorative Ideas, because we didn't make it for a purpose other then looking at something giving it time liking it and adapting to it, really liked this project because I chose the right partner and I decided on things and I worked with my hands and I had someone waiting on me someone who has believed in me from the start, I told him how complicated I found this project and I was so mad at myself so mad at my choice but there was someone who changed that for me, and it was my dad, he believed in me and he told me that, and so did my partner, I love the way my partner went about this project and I would never ever want it any other way.
