butterfly fidget. it broke but ultimately was really cool.
Using Tinker cad, I created a 3D print fidget because this will help alot with stress and anxiety.
During this process, I learned that you have to group all your blocks together and if you don't your project is just little bits and pieces.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen, because I used a website online the correct way, and appropriately and didn't share information.
A challenge I overcame on this project was thinking of ideas for my projects and creating holes in my project. I was able to do it by feeling my tools around and getting familiar with Tinker cad.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how i made the wings. The reason why I would change it is because they barely fit in the hole on the side on the butterfly. so i would make them slimmer.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in 3D printing.
