What materials will you need for your project? A computer, tinker cat, 3d printer.
What is your plan to create in this project? Desk top organizer.
What unique qualities will your project have? The desk top organizer will hold different things like pencils, pens, color pencils and, more.
Daily log.
Day 1. I worked on planning questions and did lessons to learn how to do different things on Tinker cat.
Day 2. I worked on making the base part where I put the holders to hold different things.
Day 3. I worked on putting holders on.
Day 4. I saw the other base was bad so I made a new base, and worked on putting holder on.
Day 5. I worked on holders and was working on the questions.
Day 6. Turned in my project and finished questions.

Here's what my project ended up looking like, I wish I looked over the measurements before I sent but I'm still happy with this.
Using Tinkercat , I created a desktop organizer because I was having trouble keeping everything organized.
During this process, I learned that things will get in your way but never give up.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovation Designer because I created a design to help me solve a problem using technology.
A challenge I overcame on this project was making things the right size and everything fit on the floor part. I was able to do it by keep trying look up ideas to help me.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the design part to make it fit pencils and markers. The reason why I would change it is because it was hard to make it fit the pencils and I mostly only use pencils and markers.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in making online thing, designing.
