7P5 Robots

Using an iPad computer and a lot of different robots, I created _a party bomb, dash throwing a tire, I robot making a three letter word and Spero mini making shapes and I raced dash bolt and the Spero mini  because me and others that I was working with decided that we wanted to see witch robot would be faster out of the three .

During this process, I learned how to _code a robot and to control it like make it move. Another thing I learned was how to make the dash change a whole bunch of colors and jump. I thought that it was a cool experience because I have never worked with robots before and I have always water to do.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to digital citizen  because noting i made was copy righted. My project also ties to global collaborator because the things i made are all over the world so anyone can see my project.

A challenge I overcame on this project was having enough time when i went on spring brake early and coming back late. I had two less days to work on it. I was able to do it by _working on it out side of school like working on it at home and in advisory when i have the extra time.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change I would change some of the things i made try to make a little bit more difficult things. The reason why I would change it is because I feel like my project was a little boring and i would have liked to  ake more fun things and made it a little bit more hard.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in robot programming and, software engineering.
