Using Cardboard ,I created a cardboard sour patch kid because I love sour patch kids .
During this process, I learned how to use my creativity to make new things .
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative designer because I uses a lot of tools to create something new.
A challenge I overcame on this project was how to create a video without seeing ,my hands . I was able to do it by finding a stick and gluing it to the back.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change not adding a lot of glitter and other things to the arm . The reason why I would change it is because there was mess from the glitter and then you couldn't see the arms .
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in engineering.
