Using my computer, micro bit, and tablet, I created multiple things, like a worm, love meter, blinking eye, bouncy ball, rock paper scissors, heart, dice, and made it say my name because it seemed fun to do and creative.
During this process, I learned how to code.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I designed the rock paper scissors program.
A challenge I overcame on this project was coding the first time. I was able to do it by not giving up.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of time it took me to make this. The reason why I would change it is because I could've made more stuff.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in programing and coding because that's what I did when I was making my micro bit projects.
