• Using tinkercad, I created a model for a print because i couldnt finsish in time and the print failed.

• During this process, I learned how gravity has an effect on how something prints.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to global collaborator because i looked through ways to use gears giving me ideas on how to make my project.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was how it was going to be put together. I was able to do it by making a google drawing as a refference if it got finished.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change how i did the print. The reason why I would change it is because it failed miserebly when i tried to print it.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the  CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in enginering and design because in endinering and design you may have to or can use 3d printing in that career.
