What is your plan to create in this project?
A Shrek ice cream truck
What unique qualities will your project have?
Shrek, pictures, ice cream, wheels, and it will move.
Using cardboard, I created a Shrek ice cream truck because Shrek and ice cream are the best things in the world.
During this process, I learned that making things is not as easy as I thought. For example, cutting the cardboard to the shapes we wanted took a lot of out time. So instead of working on things we should have been working on we had to cut the carboard into circles and different shapes which took awhile.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because we all created what was in our minds and made it come to life.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not being able to cut our cardboard right and do it in a fashionable time. I was able to do it by practicing and actually understanding what I was supposed to be doing .
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the time process. It took us way longer than it should have and I think that if we would have had more time in the end we would have been able to fix anything we wanted to fix. The reason why I would change it is because it would look better than it does now.
