IMG_0004.MOVDay 1: I worked on my list of 10 good ideas and planning questions.
Day 2: I started working on my project and I was gonna make a car but it seemed really hard so I decided to make a tank.
Day 3: I made the body of the tank and it was really hard
Day 4: I put wheels on the tank.
Day 5: I put weapons on the tank and finished.
Using tinker tad, 3D printers, computer, I created a tank because it sounded cool and I wanted to make a tank.
During this process, I learned how to make what I see.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I used creativity to design something in its process.
A challenge I overcame on this project was having to create a new project. I was able to do it by not getting distracted and working hard and doing my best on my work.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the wheels. The reason why I would change it is because the wheels are not the same size.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Engineering.
