Using Tinkercad , I created a toy car because it seemed like a cool idea.
During this process, I learned how to make stuff with Tinkercad.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I Designed a new creative way to make a car.
A challenge I overcame on this project was how to make tires rotate. I was able to do it by Looking up videos on how to do it.
Given a chance to do this again, I would redo the tires so they stay on. The reason why I would change it is because my tires didn't stay on so my car did not work.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Innovative Designer CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Engineering and Design like being a toy designer at a toy company.
I made the tires they should rotate when printed.
I made the body of the toy car so you can drive it.
I put the wheels and body together.
I grouped the body and wheels together so it would print right.
