Daily Log:
Day 1: I start with the catapult but i don't have a lot of time to do this today.
Day 2: Try to build a stronger catapult and code it to through the ball.
Day 3: Try more coding on spark.
Day 4: Make part of the robot video.
Day 5: think of new ideas and try them.
Day 6: Work on the website.
Day 7: work on more of the video.
Day 8: Don't end up doing much other than working on dash.
Day 9: Work more on the website and the marker bot.
Day 10: Add all of the extra details and read over the entire web page.
Using dash, bolt, sphero mini and I robot, I created programming for all of these because the assignment needs to have all of the robots for a full grade.
During this process, I learned how to program different kinds of robots.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen because I used different apps to make the project.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing how to do programming for this kind of robot. I was able to do it by getting help and working hard.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how i made the catapult. The reason why I would change it is because it wasn't very strong and it would break easily.
