7P5-Merge Cube

Using the merge cube , I created a story about a girl that wanted to grow a tower because that's the first thing that came to mind to write about, also it was fun to write about because its fiction and a good story to right about you could also think about this story and put it into your own story.

During this process, I learned how to use the iPod and the merge cube to take a video of my story with the merge cube. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to a Empowered learner because you have to use technology and use it for your merge cube to take a video and use your skills to build you merge cube and write a story for your merge cube .

A challenge I overcame on this project was making the story because we did not know what to do at first . I was able to do it by making the list of 25 and picking the easiest one write about.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change make the story realistic and put more detail into my story because it was boring to most peoples story it was only like a paragraph long and could use more detail on why she wants towers. The reason why I would change it is because my story was not very interesting compare to other peoples and also it would be more helpful to know why and what she wanted for the towers and what she was gonna use the towers for.

This project connect to careers in being a merge cube designer because you could take the ideas that you used and make different shapes and stuff with the merge cube and help you build and take new ideas and put them into different ideas and you can also make up different story's with your story that you made and make better story's and make your ideas better.
