Planning Questions
Are you working by yourself or in a team?
I am working by myself.
What materials will you need for your project?
A computer, iPad, and a Merge Cube.
What is your plan to create in this project?
I am planning on creating a forest path on my cube.
What unique qualities will your project have?
It will be built by me and it will have effects.
Using an iPad, computer, and a Merge Cube, I created a Merge Cube story because I seemed like it would be a good learning opportunity, and it looked fun.
During this process, I learned that creating a Merge Cube story is a lot harder than it looks, but when you learn how to do it it gets easier.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I looked online to try and see if it could help me with something I didn't know how to do, and I also asked for help when I needed it and could find it on the internet.
A challenge I overcame on this project was putting things on the bottom of the cube. I was able to do it by Watching videos on how to do it.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change my technique. The reason why I would change it is because the way I was doing it made me more confused than I already was.
