Day 1:today I wrote my 10 good ideas list and chose to do a mushroom!
Day 2: Today I started my project building a mushroom. First I started building the base of my project, the cylinder. I also built the bottom of the cylinder.
Day 3: Today I built the top to the cylinder.->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Day 4: Today I took it home and added fabric and cotton to make the top the shape of the mushroom
Day 5: Today I added construction paper to the round base of my project
Day 6: Today I added the finishing touches on to my project, rope under the mushroom, the vines, and any thing that needed to be glued down.

the materials I need for this project are cardboard, fabric, hot glue, duck tape, cotton, rope, fake leaves and moss
My plan was to create a mushroom.

Using hot glue, fabric, cotton, cardboard, and duck tape , I created a mushroom because I wanted to.
During this process, I learned how to make a mushroom out of cardboard.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because a creative communicator is a person who expresses their creativity by using new strategies and stuff around them and I think that describes what I did here.
A challenge I overcame on this project was hot glueing and making a good shape to start my project . I was able to do it by having help from my pears and they also gave me great ideas.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way I put on the fabric. The reason why I would change it is because it just didn't work the way I did it and it made it all scrunched up.
