Using a 3D printer and tinker cad, I created a dog tag because it was assigned.
During this process, I learned how to make/ design things on tinker cad.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I designed a creation and made my idea come to life.
A challenge I overcame on this project was knowing how to send the project to the 3D printer. I was able to do it by asking another student.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how creative I was. The reason why I would change it is because I seen other people doing this and i wish i was more creative .
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Engineering Technician-Line Designer, Associate Structural Engineer, and Tool Design Engineer
