Daily Log:
Day 1: I was thinking o what I was going to make.
Day 2: was finishing up on missing work.
Day 3: Started making world.
Day 4: Made most of world.
Day 5: Made last level.
Day 6: Finished up on website, and world. Just have to finish filming.
Last day: turned it in late but finished.
Using Bloxels, I created a game because I wanted to help people rage trying to beat the level.
During this process, I learned that you can program using colors.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to be a global collaborator because I shared it to the world using google sites, so everyone can see it and play it.
A challenge I overcame on this project was that I was gone a few days, and had to finish late work so I was a little late. I was able to do it by working hard to get it done.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how hard my levels are. The reason why I would change it is because then I wouldn't have to make a ton of levels.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programing CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in videogame design, and coding.
