Planning Questions
Are you working by yourself or in a team?
i will be working in a team
What materials will you need for your project?
the coding website and my iPad to take photos and videos
What is your plan to create in this project?
we will make some projects and what ever one we are on we will put that as our final project
What unique qualities will your project have?
we will fail but we will learn from our failure and it will make us want to try harder.👍😎
I was tinkering around with the circutboard
I tried to make a siren, It did not work but sometimes you have to fail to succeed! but then we tried it like 10 minutes later and It worked!
today i tried to make it brighter. I was successful
i made the video of Austin using the clap lights that we made.
I spent most of my time helping Greyson and josh but I made it look and sound like a police car.
I found out the news was coming so i worked on the. p.s it took me 15 minutes
Using circuit playground express, I created clap lights then added on to it because it is the first thing that I saw and it looked fun to do. I am trying to perfect the perfect clap. The perfect clap is supposed to be loud and obnoxious. I think that I am getting good at it.😉
During this process, I learned that some times you are going to fail and you are going to get mad but keep trying. I failed at putting on a specific link to make it so that my new additions to my project would work because there was a specific file that I was supposed to put the link on. That link is called CPLAYBOOT. I had to go back to the directions a couple time to figure it out.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I used Circuit Playground Express to create a lucky wheel. What I learned is to plan my project and use the tutorial to to learn how to code the right thing and make sure that it would actually work.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make the circuit work and put it on the right file. I was able to do it by after I pressed download I read the three step process on how to make it worked and it was right.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change nothing. I wouldn't change anything because overall the project was fun and challenging. It took me 4 and a half hours to finish which was just enough time.
